Fujian Wanjiali Technology, a family businesses founded in 2002, manufactures knitted laces and fabrics for the lingerie and sport markets. The company employs 500 people, reports US$25 million in turnover, and sells over 12.5 million yards of knit products yearly.
Fujian Wanjiali Technology owns two integrated manufacturing sites in Fujian and Guangdong, China with a combined capacity of 22 million yards. Each month the company produces 672,000 metres of warp knits (tricots, meshes, Satin Mirror, Tri-Skin, and other references); 652,000 metres of weft knits (single jersey, reversible); and 517,000 metres of net lace created on Jacquardtronic, Textronic, and chopper bar machines.
The Oeko-Tex and ISO 9001 company has developed a range in recycled polyester. It treats 7,000 cubic metres of wastewater daily. Export represents 70 percent of activity with strong growth in the United States. Clients include Victoria’s Secret, La Senza, PVH, Marks & Sepncer, Felina USA, and American Eagle Outfitters.
