ABOUT EUROVET:

Eurovet is the world leading trade show organizer for the intimates, swimwear and activewear industry value chain.
We have built our reputation by creating events in all the world’s strategic locations for the industry and host 15 international events in Paris, New York, Las Vegas, Shanghai or Hong Kong.
Eurovet Asia, based in Sheung Wan, counts 7 people and our Hong Kong and Shanghai events are B2B, directed to the supply chain (fabrics, fiber, lace, embroidery, accessories, manufacturers, and more), with some interesting new development axis for the coming years.
We believe in the efficiency of direct media, and our events put businesses at the center of the professional community to improve their results with new business contacts, direct marketing tests, feedback on collections, motivation for teams and clients, professional media exposure, and more.

In order to strengthen our value proposition, we are looking for the right candidate for a position at the crossroads between communication, visitor promotion and recruitment, and new exhibitor recruitment.

 

 JOB MISSIONS:

COMMUNICATION REPORT TO MARKETING DIRECTOR

  1. EXHIBITOR PRESENTATION + EDITIONS: Prepare bilingual presentation for the purpose of exhibitor promotion and sales of booths/services to exhibitors, coordinate registration form, Communication form, Rebooking form, Early bird offer > Bilingual Content + layout
  2. WEBSITE: Write and post on website content directed to our become an exhibitors, exhibitors list, …)
  3. NEWS (website, enews, SNS): target = 1 post minimum per week
  • To Exhibitors:
    • Bilingual Content + layout/brief provider for layout (show communication, industry news)
    • Send exhibitors enews via CRM platform // via outlook
  • To Visitors:
    • About exhibitors: highlight the show offer, segments represented and innovations, potentially organize interviews, dedicated posts… Bilingual Content + layout/brief provider for layout
    • Send exhibitors enews via CRM platform
  • Industry news: Bilingual Content + Layout – Market report, new trends, store visits, store openings, etc.
  • Post your own content (NEWS, ENEWS) on linkedin, wechat

VISITOR PROMOTION REPORT TO MARKETING DIRECTOR

  1. Shows to be promoted in priority: Interfiliere Hong Kong and Interfiliere Shanghai
    • Telemarketing including loyal and cold calls
    • One on one meeting (some travel may be necessary)
    • Regions under your responsibility: HK, Macau, Guangdong, Taiwan
  2. Other shows to be promoted: Interfiliere Paris, Mode City, Salon International de la Lingerie.
  3. Database management (in-house CRM): merging, identify new leader or VIP, update contact information, update company profile… on a day to day basic
  4. Prepare the visitors bible for our shows: list brands and purchasing offices visiting our events
  5. Active prospection: research + visit of competing shows

SALES REPORT TO SALES DIRECTOR AND/OR MARKETING DIRECTOR DEPENDING ON ITEMS

  1. INTERFILIERE SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP
  2. Prospect for NEW exhibitors from our visitor CRM from Hong Kong, Guangdong, Taiwan
  3. Rebooking
  4. YOUNG LABEL AWARDS

YOUNG LABEL AWARDS PROJECT COORDINATOR REPORT TO MARKETING DIRECTOR

  1. Print an online communication (presentation, Reg. form…Website) Bilingual Content + layout
  2. News (website, enews, SNS): Bilingual Content + layout
  3. Active prospection
  4. Invite Jury and follow up communication with them
  5. Follow up sales and logistic

SELECTION COMMITTEE/GALLERY* REPORT TO MARKETING DIRECTOR

*Only concern Interfiliere Hong Kong

  1. Invite Jury and follow up communication with them
  2. Organize committee (venue, catering, rundown, presentation)
  3. Gather results and share with Jury and the team
  4. Follow up logistic

 

IDEAL PROFILE:
  • Around 4-6 years’ experience, although candidates with more experience would be considered
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are must
  • Experience with communication: drawing content, pushing messages, gathering information and alert to changing environment. Critical thinking and pro-activity are essential!
  • Sales experience preferred: telemarketing, cold calls, one on one meetings, database management are a large part of the job
  • Experience in project coordination and management + management of other parties (partners, contractors, etc)
  • Knowledge and experience with multimedia and web app (WordPress, social media = Wechat) – digital Savvy
  • Analytical skills and data driven thinking: you cannot be afraid of CRM and data!
  • Pro-active, Creative, curious and out-going person: be willing to discover about the body fashion industry, to ask questions, to read and be trained.
  • Highly motivated, energetic and team oriented: we hold 2 events per year and they only work well with a solid motivated team, working hand in hand to make things happen
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Attentive to details and organized
  • Cross-culture sensitive: we have team members from Hong Kong, China and France.
